Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to PAGCOR as required by our licence conditions.
The php899 Platform is operated under a PAGCOR licence and is primarily directed at residents of the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. php899 does not guarantee that the Platform is legally accessible from locations outside the Philippines.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the php899 Platform. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.
php899 reserves the right to require KYC verification at any point, including prior to processing your first withdrawal. Accepted identity documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as a Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Philippine passport, driver's licence, or PRC Professional ID. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by php899 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges pending verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your php899 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time authentication codes with any other person. php899 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure. You must notify php899 immediately via Live Chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your sole responsibility until you report unauthorised access to php899.
php899 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified. php899 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time for GCash and PayMaya, and within a reasonable processing window for bank transfers.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. php899 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking day. php899 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where fraud, bonus abuse, or regulatory compliance concerns are identified.
All transactions on the php899 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱) unless otherwise specified.
php899 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms that specify applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts. In the absence of a specific wagering requirement, a default of thirty times (30×) the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. php899 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting software errors, or colluding with other players — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
All games available on the php899 Platform are operated in accordance with the rules published in the respective game interfaces. php899 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual games, audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated from professional studios under conditions approved by PAGCOR. In the event of a discrepancy between the results displayed in your Account and those recorded on php899's authoritative servers, the server records shall prevail. php899 is not liable for any loss arising from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or device failures on the player's side during active game sessions.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the php899 Platform:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or PAGCOR authorities.
All content on the php899 Platform — including but not limited to the php899 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of php899 or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of php899.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, php899's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the aggregate amount of real-money deposits made by that Player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. php899 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise. Nothing in this clause limits php899's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
php899 is committed to responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. All registered players have access to the following tools directly from their Account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time reminders and automatic session limits; temporary self-exclusion (cooling-off periods from 24 hours to 30 days); and permanent self-exclusion. php899 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the player has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) php899 is required to do so under PAGCOR regulations or Philippine law; (c) the player has been identified as a compulsive gambler through self-exclusion or third-party notification; or (d) php899 suspects fraudulent activity on the Account. Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original payment method after completion of required KYC and AML checks.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended by Republic Act No. 9487, the PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act), and Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through php899's internal complaints process shall be referred to the appropriate courts of the Philippines or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as applicable.
php899 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by PAGCOR regulation or Philippine law. Continued use of the php899 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. The current version will always be available at php899.vip/terms-conditions.
